Strolling 9th Avenue Summer 2020 😎

There were snatches of European summers as I walked up 9th Avenue on this quiet Tuesday evening. Maybe this will be the only summer Hell's Kitchen will ever have street dining, so let's make the most of it. Businesses have been innovating, waiters are dodging bikes, and the city is coming alive.
